Paul Griffith was a neighbor of mine when I lived in Brooklyn and he has a well-deserved reputation as a skilled and honest real estate broker. When I was ready to sell my co-op apartment out of financial necessity, it was an easy decision to hire him. He walked me through every step of the way and cheerfully answered all of my numerous questions with insightful responses that showed his deep experience in the field. Despite the market downturn at the time, I was able to get a price that was more than I had expected. Once that was accomplished, I turned my attention to finding a new place, and I was looking atthe Bronx for a place that I could afford. After some discussion with Paul, I found several neighborhoods that interested me. Hequickly began researching and found a few apartments for me to look at. He drove with me to look at each one of them and it only took a few weeks before I looked at one that I fell in love with. I informed Paul that I was ready to purchase it and even though there were other interested parties, Paul skillfully advised me on the process and helped me to secure the co-op apartment. But that wasn’t the end of it. He walked me through the Board approval process and that proved to be invaluable. So, I’m very happy with my new place and very grateful that he took me through the entire process from the sale of my old home to the purchase of my new home. I feel very fortunate to know him.

I met Paul in 2005 when I was searching for my first home. Paul was very attentive, he worked with my budget and was very patient in answering all my first home buyer questions. He was never in a hurry and did not try to force his opinion on me. After I found the ideal Coop apartment he helped make the sale process as smooth as possible with very good recommendations on things such as attorney etc.
After the sale Paul kept in touch to make sure I was comfortable with the apartment and helped with recommendations on the renovation I was doing.

In 2010 I moved temporary out of the country for work and Paul helped me with getting tenants. He was so professional with getting the lease done and the tenancy approval from Coop board that I had no concerns though i was out of the country. He kept me constantly updated on the status of my apartment for the nine years I was out of the country. When the apartment needed some repairs he really went beyond what you normally would expect from a realtor e.g. he drove to Lowes to help me buy some affordable appliances.

Paul is a very experienced and professional realtor that relates with his clients like family.
